About creation of State educational institution "Republican Boarding School in the Rushansky Region of Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region"

2. To the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tajikistan in two-month time in accordance with the established procedure to resolve organizatsionnopravovy issues of this educational institution.
3. To perform financing of State educational institution "Republican Boarding School in the Rushansky District Gornobadakhshanskaya of the Autonomous Region" in 2012 at the expense of means of reserve fund of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, having provided in the years ahead necessary means in the government budget.
4. To add the list of educational institutions and organizations of system of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tajikistan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 28, 2006, No. 594 "About the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tajikistan" with the paragraph of the following content:
"State educational institution "republican boarding school in the Rushansky Region of Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region".
