in view of provisions of the Agreement on application of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures in relation to the third countries of the January 25, 2008 concluded within the Customs union
in view of the Agreement between the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine on regulation of deliveries of some types of the steel pipes coming from Ukraine on customs area of the Russian Federation of January 13, 2005,
recognizing readiness of the Ukrainian Side on voluntary obligations concerning deliveries to the territories of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation of some types of steel pipes,
