1. Approve the Procedure for filling of form and submission of information in the Unified state register of citizens who need improvement of housing conditions which is applied.
2. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
3. Distribute the order to separate military unit.

1.1. This Procedure determines the organization of preparation and submission of information on the military personnel, persons transferred to the reserve or resignation, members of their families which need improvement of housing conditions and are on room accounting (further - subjects of room accounting), in the registrars determined according to Procedure for maintaining the Unified state register of citizens who need improvement of housing conditions, the approved resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 11, 2011 No. 238 (with changes).
