About entering of amendments into the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About physical culture and sport"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About physical culture and sport" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2000, No. 5, the Art. 261) the following amendments:

1. Add Article 25 with parts 3 and 4 of the following content:

"Professional pedagogical activity and educational and training occupations in organizations and the organizations of physical culture and sport can be performed in the presence of the certificate on passing of accounting registration in authorized body of physical culture and sport.

The form of the certificate and procedure for conducting accounting registration of persons who are engaged in professionally pedagogical and educational and training activities are established by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.".

2. Add the law with Article 35-1 of the following content:

"Article 35-1. Registers of objects of physical culture and sport

The register of objects of physical culture and sport is created for the purpose of systematization of data on quantity, appointment and condition of the objects of physical culture and sport which are in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also use of these objects for holding sporting and mass events.

Registers of objects of physical culture and sport represent the state information systems including the database which unity and comparability are provided due to the general principles of forming of registers, forms and methods of their maintaining.

In the register of objects of physical culture and sport all objects of physical culture and sport used for holding sporting events and training of national teams of the Kyrgyz Republic are subject to inclusion.

The object of physical culture and sport which is not included in the register cannot be used for holding sporting events and training of the national teams of the Kyrgyz Republic included in the schedule of the main republican and international competitions for the corresponding year.
