About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection and use of historical and cultural heritage"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection and use of historical and cultural heritage" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2000, No. 1, the Art. 16) the following amendments and changes:
1. To add part of 1 preamble after words of "the Kyrgyz Republic" with words ", representing unique value for the people".
2. Regarding 1 Article 8 of the word "local public administrations and local government bodies (further - regional authorities)" shall be replaced with words "state bodies and local government bodies".
3. In Article 9:
- the fifth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"-exercises the state control of use and procedure for content of objects of historical and cultural heritage, execution of works on preservation, restoration, repair, museumification and regeneration of objects of historical and cultural heritage in the form of checks:

4. In Article 10:
- in the name of the word of "regional authorities" shall be replaced with words "state bodies and local government bodies";
- word in paragraph one "Regional authorities" shall be replaced with words "State bodies and local government bodies".
