About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning production and use of motor fuels with content of biocomponents

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. Part the fourth article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About entrepreneurship" (Sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1991, No. 14, Art. 168; Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 36, Art. 299; 2009, 40, 577) to state No. to the Art. in such edition:

"The activities connected with production of gasolines motor composite or with addition (mixing) of bioethanol and/or biocomponents on its basis to hydrocarbon basis (gasolines, fractions, components and so forth) are performed by the companies which list is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine by representation of the central executive body which provides realization of state policy in fuel and energy complex".

2. The paragraph third article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About alternative types of fuel" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 12, Art. 94; 2009, 40, the Art. 577) to replace No. with four paragraphs of such content:

"step-by-step increase in normative certain share of production and use of biological fuel and composite fuel motor. Content of bioethanol in gasolines motor which are made and/or implemented in the territory of Ukraine will constitute:

in 2013 - recommended content at least 5 percent (volume);

in 2014-2015 - obligatory content at least 5 percent (volume);

since 2016 - obligatory content at least 7 percent (volume)".
