According to the procedure of forming, placement and carrying out transactions with material values of the state reserve, No. 1129 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 8, 1997 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, number 41, page 60; 2000, No. 39, Art. 1659; 2001, No. 28, Art. 1258; 2003, No. 32, Art. 1704; 2005, No. 32, Art. 1923):
