About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 2, 2005 No. 126

1. Bring in Rates of the excise tax on the separate goods made in the Republic of Tajikistan and imported on the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 2, 2005, No. 126, of change and amendments according to appendix.

2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the established procedure to notify the Secretariat of Integration committee of Eurasian economic community on adoption of this resolution.

3. Enact this resolution from the date of the entry of the Republic of Tajikistan into the World Trade Organization.
