1. This Procedure determines the procedure of maintaining the State register of investment projects and project (investment) offers (further - the Register).
2. The register is created as single state information system of accounting of investment projects (further - the investment project) and project (investment) offers (further - the investment offer) on the basis of which investment projects prepare.
3. Maintaining the Register provides:
registration of data on the investment offer, the investment project in the form of entries in the Register;
provision of information from the Register by registration of excerpts;
modification of records and cancellation of records of the Register.
4. The Ministry of Economic Development based on the order enters data on the investment offer, the investment project in the Register which is kept in paper and electronic type and is subject to permanent storage in the Ministry of Economic Development in the form of stitched, strung together and books under seal together with its copy on the corresponding carriers.
