About approval of the Procedure for maintaining the State register of investment projects
According to Article 12-1 part five - the Law of Ukraine "About investing activities" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for maintaining the State register of investment projects which is applied.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 2012 No. 650 "About approval of the Procedure for maintaining the State register of investment projects and project (investment) offers" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 54, the Art. 2176).
3. Provide to the Ministry of economic development and trade creation and contents of the State register of investment projects within the expenses provided to it in the Government budget of Ukraine for the corresponding year.

2. The register is created as single state information system of accounting of investment projects.

placement of the statement from the Register on the official website of Ministry of Economics.
