1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 8, 1998 No. 838 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for provision to subjects of foreign economic activity of powers on the right of implementation of export, military commodity import and goods which contain the data which are the state secret" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 23, of Art. 839; 1999, No. 24, Art. 1107; 2001, No. 12, Art. 490; 2002, No. 24, Art. 1170, No. 42, Art. 1934; 2003, No. 34, Art. 1827; 2006, No. 22, Art. 1609; 2007, No. 33, Art. 1338, No. 60, Art. 2382; 2008, No. 36, the Art. 1207, No. 59, the Art. 2027) and of July 12, 1999 No. 1228 "About provision to subjects of foreign economic activity of powers on the right of implementation of export, military commodity import and goods which contain the data which are the state secret" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 28, the Art. 1412) changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
