About modification of the Regulations on currency exchange control

According to Articles 7, 44 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 13, 16 Decrees of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 19.02.93 of N15-93 "About System of Currency Control and Currency Exchange Control", and also for the purpose of enhancement of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Regulations on currency exchange control approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 08.02.2000 of N 49, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 04.04.2000 for N 209/4430 (with changes), such changes:

1.1. In Section 2:

"2.6. Implementation of calculations between residents and nonresidents within business volume without participation of authorized bank involves imposing of penalty on the resident in the amount of, equivalent to the amount of currency values which were used during calculations, Ukraine converted into currency on the official rate of hryvnia to foreign currencies and bank metals established by National Bank on the date of implementation of such transactions (during payments in currency of Ukraine - on the amount of such calculations).
