1. Approve the Payment procedure of one-time financial support to persons which were affected by human trafficking which is applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2013.

Payment procedure of one-time financial support to persons which were affected by human trafficking

1. This Procedure determines the payment mechanism of one-time financial support (further - financial support) to persons who suffered from human trafficking.

2. Financial support is paid to person to whom the status of the victim of human trafficking is established (further - person), according to the legislation.

Payment of financial support is performed by executive bodies of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, structural divisions concerning social protection of the population of the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city state administrations, Kiev and Sevastopol of the state administrations, executive bodies, district, district in, city, district in the cities (in case of their creation) (except of Kiev and Sevastopol) councils (further - social security authorities of the population) once in the amount of three subsistence minimums for the corresponding category of persons (children up to six years, children aged from six up to 18 years; the able-bodied persons, persons which lost working capacity) established at the time of the request of person for financial support.
