About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About highways"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About highways" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No. 9, the Art. 322) the following changes and amendment:
1. In all text of the Law, except for Articles 4, of the word "Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic" in different case forms shall be replaced with words "authorized state body in the field of transport and communications" in the corresponding cases; the words "State Automobile Inspection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic" and "authorized state body on traffic safety" in different case forms shall be replaced with words "authorized state body in the field of traffic safety" in the corresponding cases.
2. In all text of the Law in state language of the word "Kopchuluk to Paydalanuuch" and "копчулук to paydalanuuch" to replace respectively with the words "Zhalpy Paydalanuudaga" and "paydalanuudaga zhalpa".
3. To recognize parts 2 and 5 of Article 1 invalid.
4. Regarding 1 Article 3 of the word "traffic regulations, state standards and other regulating documents" shall be replaced with words "regulatory legal acts".
5. Regarding the 2nd Article 4 of the word "The Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic which" shall be replaced with words "authorized state body in the field of transport and communications, which".
6. State Article 6 in the following edition:
"Article 6. Private highways
Private highways:
- are under construction legal entities or physical persons and are their property;
- serve for requirements satisfaction of the owner.
