About entering of amendments and changes into the Land code of the Kyrgyz Republic
Accepted by Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic on June 29, 2012
Article 1. Bring in the Land code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 9, the Art. 440) the following amendments and changes:
1. Add Article 1 with Items 31 and 32 of the following content:
"31) the State reserve of lands of mineral deposits - lands under which the mineral deposits considered by the State stock balance of minerals of the Kyrgyz Republic are reconnoitered;
32) authorized body on realization of state policy on subsurface use - the state body determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and providing the parcels of land for use of natural resources from lands of the State reserve of lands of mineral deposits.".
2. In Item 3 of Article 5:
to add Item after words of "agricultural holdings" with the words "and the lands provided for use of natural resources";
