About approval of changes to some orders of Minagropolitiki of Ukraine

According to Presidential decrees of Ukraine of April 13, 2011 to No. 459 "About the State inspection of agricultural industry of Ukraine", of April 23, 2011 No. 500 "About the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine" and in connection with reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine to requirements of the current legislation I ORDER:

1. In the order of the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine of May 8, 2007 No. 311 "About approval of the Procedure for providing with forms of spravokschet, delivery-acceptance certificates of machines and registration plates "Transit" of subjects of managing which activities are connected with realization of machines which are subject to registration and accounting in inspections of the state technical supervision of the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 4, 2007 for No. 578/13845 (with changes):

1.1. In the title, Items 1-3 of the word of "inspection of the state technical supervision of the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations" in all cases shall be replaced with words "the state inspections of agricultural industry in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol" in the corresponding cases.

1.2. In subitem 2.1 of Item 2 to exclude the word "representatives".

1.3. In Item 3 of the word "The state inspectorate for supervision of technical condition of machines and the equipment (Kym V. V.)" shall be replaced with words "The state inspection of agricultural industry of Ukraine (Vasheshnikov M. O.)".

2. In the title and Item 1 of the order of the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine of May 06, 2009 No. 315 "About approval of the Procedure for creation and maintaining the register of subjects of managing, representatives to perform check of technical condition of tractors, self-propelled chassis, self-propelled farm, road-building and meliorative vehicles, agricultural machinery, other mechanisms during the state technical inspection", the word registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 26, 2009 for No. 461/16477, "representatives perform check of technical condition of tractors, self-propelled chassis, self-propelled farm, road-building and meliorative vehicles, agricultural machinery, other mechanisms during the state technical inspection" shall be replaced with words "which exercise mandatory engineering supervision of tractors, self-propelled chassis, self-propelled agricultural, road-building and meliorative machines, agricultural machinery, other mechanisms".

3. In the order of the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine of July 16, 2009 No. 504 "About approval of document forms which are used by inspections of the state technical supervision of Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations in case of accomplishment of the tasks assigned to them", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 31, 2009 for No. 811/16827:

3.1. In the title of the order of the word "inspections of the state technical supervision of Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations in case of accomplishment of the tasks assigned to them" shall be replaced with words "the state inspections of agricultural industry in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol when implementing the state supervision (control) regarding operation and technical condition of machines".

3.2. In Item 1:

word in paragraph four of "inspections of the state technical supervision" shall be replaced with words "the state inspections of agricultural industry in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol";

5. To department of agriculture (Demidov O. A.) provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

6. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

7. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Senya O. V.
