About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning assistance to mortgage lending

Article 1. On 2013 and the next years are provided in the Government budget of Ukraine expenses on compensation of the percent paid to banks and/or other financial institutions for the credits obtained by citizens on construction (reconstruction) or acquisition of housing.

Compensation of percent on such credits is performed according to the procedure for reduction in cost of cost of mortgage loans established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Article 2. Financing of objects of construction in progress which is performed according to budget programs which provide to citizens of the state support for construction (acquisition) of housing in particular by payment of part of its cost, provision of soft mortgage loan, compensation of the percent paid to banks and/or other financial institutions for the credits obtained on construction (reconstruction) or acquisition of housing can be performed by the conclusion between customers of construction (owners, managers) and citizens of agreements of purchase sale of property rights.

Article 3. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day, except the subitem 5 of Item 2 of the article 3 "Final provisions" of this Law which becomes effective since January 1, 2013.

2. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1) in the Land code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, Art. No. 3-4, 27):

to add part one of Article 124 with the words "or agreements of pokupkiprodazha of the right of lease of the parcel of land";

the fifth Article 126 to state part in such edition:

"5. The right of lease of the parcel of land makes sure the land lease agreement registered according to the law, or the land lease agreement and the agreement of alienation of the right of lease of land registered according to the law.
