About modification and amendments in Regulations on acceptance of construction works and equipment in place

In the Regulations on acceptance of construction works and equipment in place approved by the Order of the Government No. 285 of May 23, 1996. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, No. 42-44, of the Art. 349), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

1) in Item 25 the first offer to add at the end with the words "stitched, numbered and under seal body of local public authority";

Appendices No. 1, of 2, 3 and 4 to add 2) respectively with Items 71, of 61, of 51 and 51 following contents:

"Descrierea obiectului recomandat spre receptie:

Obiectul cu numarul cadastral ___________, adresa postala _______, destinatia ______________, compus din urmatoarele constructii ______________, suprafata la sol __________, suprafata totala, __________, nr. de etaje __________, conform certificatului despre rezultatele inspectarii bunului imobil, anexat la prezentul proces-verbal.";

3) in appendix No. 6 the subitem g) Item 9 of the Standard rate on content, procedure for filling, maintaining, creation and storage of technical data sheet of construction to state in the following edition:

"g) the certificate of results of inspection of the real estate unit of the sample established by the Agency of land relations and inventory".
