About entering of amendment and change into some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of establishment of single payment procedure of work of employees of cultural institutions and art, reduction in compliance with the current legislation, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Establish official pay rates of workers of the Kyrgyz national complex "Manas Ordo" according to the orders of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About further measures for enhancement of payment terms of work of the junior and technical service personnel occupied in the social sphere" of January 19, 2011 with No. 15 and "About introduction of new wages system of employees of cultural institutions, arts and information" of January 19, 2011 No. 16.

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of compensation of employees of cultural institutions, arts and information" of May 31, 2011 No. 268 the following amendment:

- to add the note of appendix 2 to the above-stated resolution with Item 9 of the following content:

"9) Standard limiting states of the Kyrgyz national Manas-Ordo complex are established within the operating number of staff - 77 units.".

3. Declare invalid Appendix No. 13 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About payment terms of work of the workers who are not belonging to the category of the government employees and occupied in public institutions including the organizations subordinated to state bodies of the executive authority" of July 11, 2008 No. 372.
