About payment terms of work of the workers who are not belonging to the category of the government employees and occupied in public institutions including the organizations subordinated to state bodies of the executive authority

For the purpose of enhancement and streamlining of wages system of the workers who are not belonging to the category of the government employees and occupied in public institutions including the organizations subordinated to state bodies of the executive authority the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Establish:

- official pay rates of the workers who are not belonging to the category of government employees and occupied in public institutions including the organizations subordinated to state bodies of the executive authority, according to appendices No. 1 - 20-1;

- salaries of the younger technicians occupied with servicing of public institutions including the organizations subordinated to state bodies of the executive authority, according to appendix No. 21.

2. Determine length-of-service allowances to workers (except for younger technicians) organizations, to subordinated state bodies of the executive authority according to appendix No. 22.

3. In case of exit in labor leave to pay benefit for improvement in the amount of two-month salary fund.

4. At the end of the calendar year to pay the thirteenth salary in the amount of average monthly salary fund.

5. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic to find in the republican budget for 2008 the additional resources connected with introduction of new payment terms of work of the workers who are not belonging to the category of the government employees and occupied in public institutions including the organizations subordinated to state bodies of the executive authority

6. Recognize invalid:
