Approve "Rules of activities of the centers of the help to the persons who were affected by domestic violence" and "Rules of accreditation of the centers of the non-state help to persons, affected by domestic violence" (appendices 1 and 2).

Rules of activities of the centers of the help to persons who were affected by domestic violence

1. General provisions

1.1. These rules are prepared according to article 19.6 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About prevention of domestic violence" of June 22, 2010 No. 1058-IIIQ and establish procedure for activities of the centers of the help to persons who were affected by domestic violence (further - the centers of the help).

1.2. The centers of the help are the government and non-state institutions which shall render to persons which were affected by domestic violence (daleepostradavshy persons), the legal, medical, psychological, public and other aid.

1.3. In the centers of the help confidentiality of the personality, at request is provided (from consent) the victim he is given necessary assistance, provisional asylum, clothes and food is granted.
