About introduction of amendments to article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Red List of Ukraine" concerning strengthening of protection of rare species of animals and plants

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. In article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Red List of Ukraine" (Sheets of Supreme Rad_ of Ukraine, 2002, No. 30, the Art. 201):

to add part one after the words "which constantly or temporarily live (grow) in natural" with the words "or artificially created";

add with part two of such content:

"The Red List of Ukraine (flora) joins plants, mushrooms, seaweed and nonpathogenic microorganisms which do not belong to fauna".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective in three months from the date of its publication, except Item 2 of this Section which becomes effective from the date of, the publication of this Law following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:

provide reduction of the regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law and adoption of the relevant acts which follow from this Law.
