About approval of the Instruction for registration of materials about administrative offenses

According to Item 12 parts one of article 26 of the Law of Ukraine "About consumer protection", article 20 of the Law of Ukraine "About measures for the prevention and reduction of the use of tobacco products and their harmful effects on health of the population", Item 6 parts one of article 15 of the Law of Ukraine "About the state market supervision and control of non-food products", subitems 21 and 22 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the State inspection of Ukraine concerning consumer protection approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 13, 2011 No. 465, articles 244-4 and 244-19 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses and for the purpose of ensuring compliance with the State inspection of Ukraine by authorized officers concerning consumer protection and its territorial authorities of the legislation in case of registration of materials about administrative offenses by them ORDER:

1. Approve the Instruction for registration of materials about administrative offenses which is attached.

2. To submit to development department of trade in accordance with the established procedure this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the first deputy the Chairman of the State inspection of Ukraine concerning consumer protection Pshenichka O. V.
