About entering of amendments and changes into the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About state regulation of the prices of separate types of socially important food products" of April 22, 2009 No. 242

For the purpose of control of growth rate of the prices of socially important types of food products, ensuring economic product availability of food for socially vulnerable segments of the population and exception of duplication of regulatory legal acts the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About state regulation of the prices of separate types of socially important food products" of April 22, 2009 No. 242 the following amendments and changes:

- to add preamble after the words "About Food Security of the Kyrgyz Republic" with words and figures "and part 5 of article 9 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the competition";

- to state paragraph two of Item 1 in the following edition:

"-The inventory on which temporary state regulation of the prices in the domestic market of the Kyrgyz Republic can be entered (further - the List);";

- The inventory on which temporary state regulation of the prices in the domestic market of the Kyrgyz Republic can be entered, approved by the above-stated resolution, state in edition according to appendix to this resolution;
