1. Approve enclosed:

- The list of socially important goods on which temporary state regulation of the prices in the domestic market of the Kyrgyz Republic can be entered (further - the List);

- Procedure for state regulation of the prices of socially important goods.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 20.11.2015 No. 789

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 14.08.2012 No. 561

4. To the Ministry of Agriculture, food industry and melioration of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- perform permanent monitoring of selling prices on main types of socially important goods;

- to weekly provide the relevant information in the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic.
