About approval of the Standard agreement on purchase sale of natural gas (between owners and suppliers of natural gas)
According to the Law of Ukraine "About the principles of functioning of the natural gas market", the Presidential decree of Ukraine of November 23, 2011 No. 1059 "About the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power" the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power DECIDES:
1. Approve the Standard agreement on purchase sale of natural gas (between owners and suppliers of natural gas) which is applied.
2. To owners of natural gas and subjects of managing who carry out activities based on the license for supply of natural gas for regulated rate to bring the contractual relations into accord with requirements of the Standard agreement of purchase sale of natural gas (between owners and suppliers of natural gas) from the date of the introduction in operation of this resolution in a month.
3. To provide to management of regulation of oil and gas complex in the procedure established by the legislation submission of this resolution on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
