1. General provisions

1.1. These rules are prepared according to Article 42.2 of the Customs code of the Azerbaijan Republic (further - the Customs code) and determine:

1.1.1. instructions for use electronic information system of customs authorities;

1.1.2 content, representation terms, questions of protection of the customs authorities of data registered in electronic information system;

1.1.3. electronic document management between customs authorities and state bodies, Authorized Economic Operators, subjects of entrepreneurship, and also between customs authorities;
