According to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 06, 2011 No. 389, and for the purpose of streamlining of the organization and implementation of the state supervision by bodies of the State inspectorate of Ukraine concerning work according to International Labor Organization Conventions No. 81 of 1947 about inspection of work in the industry and trade ratified by the Law of Ukraine of September 08, 2004 No. 1985-IV and No. 129 1969 of year about the inspection of work in agricultural industry ratified by the Law of Ukraine of September 08, 2004 No. 1986-IV, the Law of Ukraine "About the basic principles of the state supervision (control) in the field of economic activity" item 4 of the Regulations on the State inspection of Ukraine concerning the work approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 06, 2011 No. 386, I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for conducting checks by officials of the State inspection of Ukraine concerning work and its territorial authorities which is applied.

2. Approve enclosed:

2.1. Form of the inspection statement of observance by subjects of managing of the legislation on work and obligatory national social insurance.

2.2. Instruction form.

2.3. Form of the protocol on administrative offense.
