Bring in the Procedure for reduction in cost of cost of mortgage loans for providing citizens with affordable housing who need improvement of housing conditions No. 343 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 25, 2012 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 33, the Art. 1229, No. 41, the Art. 1576, No. 50, the Art. 1976), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for reduction in cost of cost of mortgage loans for providing citizens with affordable housing who need improvement of housing conditions

1. In Item 1 of figure "2009" to replace with figures "2007".

2. In item 4:

Paragraph one to add 1) with the offer of such content: "Document forms which move customers (managers) for consideration of the interdepartmental commission, the Ministry of Regional Development claims.";

The second figures "2009" to replace 2) in the paragraph with figures "2007".

3. In Item 5:
