1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for creation and disclosure of information by the company on asset management on results of activities and calculation of net assets value of institutes of joint investment (share and corporate investment funds) approved by the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of August 01, 2002 No. 216, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 21, 2002 for No. 697/6985 (in edition of the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of January 19, 2010 No. 50) (with changes), such changes:
1.1. In Item 2 of the Section I after words "State commission on securities and the stock market" to add with the words "or National commission on securities and stock market".
1.2. In the Section ІІ:
in Item 9 of the word and figures "subitem 6.1 of Item 6 of this Section" shall be replaced with words also in figures "subitem 7.1 of Item 7 of this Section";
in the paragraph the second subitem 9.5. Item 9 of the word of "State commission on securities and the stock market" to replace with the word of "Commission";
