About modification of the Instruction about movement of cash and bank metals through customs border of Ukraine

According to articles 44 and 56 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and Sections II, III of the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 19.02.93 No. 15-93 "About system of currency control and currency exchange control" the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. To state Chapter 2 of the Instruction about movement of cash and bank metals through customs border of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 27.05.2008 No. 148, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice 11.06.2008 for No. 520/15211, in such edition:

"2. Import to Ukraine and export out of limits of Ukraine of cash

1. The physical person has the right to import into Ukraine and to export out of limits of Ukraine cash in the amount which does not exceed in equivalent 10 000 euros, without written declaring to customs authority.

2. The physical person - the resident has the right to import into Ukraine and to export out of limits of Ukraine cash in the amount which exceeds 10 000 euros in equivalent on condition of written declaring to customs authority in full and in the presence of documents which confirm cash withdrawal of money from accounts in banks (financial institutions), is exclusive on that amount which exceeds 10 000 euros in equivalent. Effective period of such documents of 30 calendar days, since day of issue.
