About movement of cash and bank metals through customs border of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, 44 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 5, of 11, of 19.02.93 No. 15-93 "About system of currency control and currency exchange control" the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: 13 Decrees of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. Approve the Instruction about movement of cash and bank metals through customs border of Ukraine which is applied.

2. Bring in the Rules of use of cash foreign currency in the territory of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 30.05.2007 No. 200, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 18.06.2007 for No. 656/13923 (with changes), such changes:

to exclude Item 2.5 of Chapter 2.

With respect thereto to consider Item 2.6 Item 2.5;

to exclude Item 3.3 of Chapter 3.

3. Bring in the Regulations on procedure of transactions with checks in foreign currency in the territory of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 29.12.2000 No. 520, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 21.02.2001 for No. 152/5343 (with changes), such changes:
