About approval of the actions plan on accomplishment of the Concept of realization of state policy in the field of prevention of offenses for the period till 2015

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the actions plan on accomplishment of the Concept of realization of state policy in the field of prevention of offenses for the period till 2015 (further - the actions plan) which is applied.

2. To the ministries, central and to local executive bodies, National academy of Sciences, National academy of legal sciences:

submit annually till January 15 to the Ministry of Internal Affairs information on condition of accomplishment of the actions plan for its generalization and representation till February 15 to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;

perform the expenses connected with accomplishment of the actions plan in the expense limits provided in the Government budget of Ukraine for the corresponding year.

3. Recognize invalid acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

1) enhancement of work of the supervisory committees of the local state administrations on provision to persons who are exempted from places of detention, the help in social adaptation. Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city state administrations, local government bodies (in consent), GPTS, the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
