1. Approve the Procedure for formation of the state-owned holding company which is applied.

2. Recognize to invalid:

the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 25, 2006 No. 1477 "About approval by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of the decision concerning formation of the state-owned holding companies in the course of corporatisation and privatization" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, No. 43, the Art. 2888);

Item of 5 changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 9, 2008 No. 338 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 28, the Art. 896);

Item of 38 changes which are made to acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 28, 2012 No. 256 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 24, the Art. 917).

Procedure for formation of the state-owned holding company

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of formation of the state-owned holding company (further - the company).
