About some questions of organ and tissue transplantation of the person

Based on parts two and third article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of March 4, 1997 "About organ and tissue transplantation of the person" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 9, 2007, subitem 9.1 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2011 No. 1446 "About some questions of the Ministry of Health and measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 11, 2011 No. 360" the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for pronouncement of the conclusion about need of transplantation.

2. Establish the list of the bodies and tissues of the person which are subject to transplantation according to appendix.

3. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of May 31, 2007 No. 53 "About determination of the list of the bodies and (or) tissues of the person which are subject to transplantation, and approval of the Instruction about procedure for issue of the medical certificate about need of transplantation" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 147, 8/16617);

the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of August 31, 2007 No. 77 "About entering of amendment into the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of May 31, 2007 No. 53" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 214, 8/17047);
