1. Approve the enclosed Rules of maintaining information base of selection and breeding work.

2. To provide to department of livestock production in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) official publication in mass media;

3) placement on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication.

Rules of maintaining information base of selection and breeding work

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of maintaining information base of selection and breeding work (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 25) of article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About breeding livestock production" and determine procedure for maintaining information base of selection and breeding work.

2. In these rules the following basic concepts are used:

1) authorized body in the field of breeding livestock production (further - authorized body) - the state body performing management and realization of state policy in the field of breeding livestock production;

2) the automated workplace (further - automated workplace) - the software and hardware complex intended for automation of processes of conducting selection and breeding work;
