"Temporary disability benefit is paid in the following sizes:

100 percent of earnings:

- to workers in case of receipt of labor mutilation or occupational disease;

- to the working participants of the Great Patriotic War and persons equated to them;

- to the workers moved from zones of radioactive pollution as a result of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash and the zones of ecological disasters equated to them in case of diseases of the haematogenic bodies (sharp leukoses), thyroid gland (adenoma, cancer), malignant tumors.

70 percent of earnings:

- to the workers having continuous working life eight and more years;

- to the workers having in the dependence of three or more children who did not reach 16 (or the years studying, not reached 20);

- to workers from among the orphans who did not reach 23 years.

60 percent of earnings:

- to the workers having continuous working life up to eight years.".
