About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - Part (1) article 3 of the Law on departure from the Republic of Moldova and entry into the Republic of Moldova No. 269-XIII of November 9, 1994 (1995, 6, Art. 54), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to No. in the following edition:

1. In Article 3:

add Article with parts (1-1) and (1-2) following contents:

"(1-1) Temporary identity certificate is issued to citizens of the Republic of Moldova for use in the territory of the country:

a) in case of person who submitted the application for certification of the personality - for its production;

b) in case of person which does not have all necessary documents for receipt of the identity certificate;

c) in case of socially vulnerable person - for receipt of public, medical or legal aid;

d) in case of person which does not have the identity document for implementation of actions for the purpose of replacement or withdrawal of the identity certificate;

e) in case of the person detained or who is under provisional attachment - upon the demand of competent authorities;

f) in case of person who refuses the state identification number and the automated accounting in the State register of the population.

(1-2) Effective period of the temporary identity certificate is established by the issuing body, but cannot exceed one year, and in case of persons who refuse the state identification number and the automated accounting in the State register of the population, the temporary identity certificate is issued for a period of 10 years.";
