According to Item i provisions) parts (3) Art. 14 of the Law No. 420-XVI of December 22, 2006 on technical regulation and for implementation of the technical regulation "Determination, Description, Representation and Labelling of Alcoholic Beverages" approved by the Order of the Government No. 317 of May 23, 2012 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, No. 104-108, to the Art. 367), I ORDER:
1. Approve the list of the standards attached to the technical regulation "Determination, Description, Representation and Labelling of Alcoholic Beverages" according to appendix.
2. Establish compliance with the standards included in the list specified in Item 1 of this order, awarding these products presumption of compliance to the mandatory requirements provided in the specified technical regulation.
3. This order is published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
