In the Regulations on accreditation of higher educational institutions and specialties in higher educational institutions and the highest professional schools approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 9, 2001 No. 978 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 32, Art. 1491; 2011, No. 85, Art. 3111):
