About approval of the Regulations on ensuring access to public information in the Ministry of Education and Science, youth and sport of Ukraine
For the purpose of implementation of the Law of Ukraine "About access to public information", the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 05, 2011 to No. 547 "Questions of ensuring with executive bodies of access to public information" and the proper organization of access to public information which manager is the Ministry of Education and Science of youth and sport of Ukraine, I ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations on ensuring access to public information in the Ministry of Education and Science, youth and sport of Ukraine which is applied.
2. To provide to department of administration (Voroshilovsky O. V.) submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister - the chief of staff of Kulikov P. M.
