1. Approve Regulations on ensuring access to public information in the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine which is applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Education and Science, youth and sport of Ukraine of July 30, 2012 No. 845 "About approval of the Regulations on ensuring access to public information in the Ministry of Education and Science, youth and sport of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 17, 2012 in case of No. 1392/21704.

3. To management on public relations and ensuring activities of the Minister (foster service) (Zagoruyko Yu. A.):

provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

make mark for archive.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister - the chief of staff Dnieper Ampere-second.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
