About approval of the Regulations on providing the right of persons to access to public information in the National commission which performs state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services

For the purpose of ensuring unconditional fulfillment of requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About access to public information" and the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 05, 2011 No. 547 "Questions of ensuring with executive bodies of access to public information", realization by citizens of the right to access to public information guaranteed by the state, the National commission which performs state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services DECIDED:

1. Approve Regulations on providing the right of persons to access to public information in the National commission which performs state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services which is applied.

2. Organizational and staffing together with legal department to provide to department submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To provide to the sector of public relations and the protocol promulgation of this order after its state registration.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
