About ensuring activities of the State agency on services to citizens and social innovations in case of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic

1. Approve "Regulations on the State agency on services to citizens and social innovations in case of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic" (Appendix No. 1).

2. Approve "Structure of the State agency on services to citizens and social innovations in case of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic" (Appendix No. 2).

3. Approve "Rules of the organization of activities of the centers "Service ASAN" and rendering services (Appendix No. 3).

4. Set limit of number of employees of the State agency on services to citizens and social innovations in case of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic in the amount of 1560 (with restriction of number of the workers who are not government employees in 395 people) established posts.

5. Provide implementation by state bodies in the centers "Service ASAN" of the following services:

5.1. Concerning state registration of acts of civil status:

5.1.1. registration of the birth;

5.1.2. registration of death;

5.1.3. scrap registration;

5.1.4. registration of annulment of marriage;

5.1.5. registration of adoption (adoption);

5.1.6. paternity proof registration;

5.1.7. registration of change of name, middle name and surname;

5.1.8. issue of the reference or certificate on state registration (re-registration) of acts of civil status;

5.1.9. modification of civil registrations, their recovery and cancellation;

5.2. notarial activities;
