About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning activities of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning activities of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning activities of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation

1. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 14, 1992 No. 587 "Questions of private detective (detective) and private security activities" (Collection of acts of the President and the Government of the Russian Federation, 1992, No. 8, Art. 506; Russian Federation Code, 2005, No. 15, Art. 1343; 2009, No. 31, Art. 3960):

a) in the subitem "g" of Item 2 and the subitem "b" of Item 3 of appendix No. 3 to the specified resolution of the word of Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation shall be replaced with words Russian Ministry of Health;

b) in paragraph one of Item 7 of appendix No. 6 to the specified resolution of the word by "Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation";

In the subitem "g" of item 4 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 6, 1994 No. 795 "About accession of the Russian Federation to the Agreement on import of materials of educational, scientific and cultural nature and the Protocol to it" (The Russian Federation Code, 1994, No. 11, Art. 1303; No. 12, the Art. 1632) words "Federal Service on Surveillance in Healthcare and Social Development" shall be replaced with words 2011, "Federal Service for Labour and Employment".

In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 7, 1995 No. 119 "About procedure for the admission to medical and pharmaceutical activities in the Russian Federation persons who received medical and pharmaceutical preparation in foreign states" (The Russian Federation Code, 1995, No. 7, Art. 548; 2005, No. 7, Art. 560):

a) in Item 2 of the word to "Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words to "The Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation";

a) in Items 18 and 26 of the word "Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation" in the corresponding case shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation" in the corresponding case;

b) in appendix No. 1 to the specified Rules of the word of Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation shall be replaced with words Russian Ministry of Health;

In the Rules of turnover of civil and office weapon and cartridges to it in the territory of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 21, 1998 No. 814 "About measures for regulation of turnover of civil and office weapon and cartridges to it in the territory of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, No. 32, Art. 3878; 2006, No. 3, Art. 297; 2009, No. 12, Art. 1429):

a) to declare the paragraph of the sixth of Item 24 invalid;

b) in paragraph three of Item 83 of the word "Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation".
