1. Approve:
Procedure and conditions of provision to agricultural producers of the state support in insurance of crops by reduction in cost of insurance payments (awards) which are applied;
the list of crops and types of insurance risks (products) on which in 2012 compensation of cost of insurance payments (awards), according to appendix is provided.
2. Item 3 of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for financial support of actions in agro-industrial complex, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of February 13, 2012 No. 104 (Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 13, Art. 483, No. 26, Art. 987, No. 40, Art. 1515), to add with the paragraph of such content:
"the state support of agricultural producers by reduction in cost of insurance payments (awards).".
