Some questions of state registration of the corporeal rights to real estate and their burdenings

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. To the Ministry of Justice, the Public registration service with participation of the state company "Information center" of the Ministry of Justice to take measures to preserving data which contain in the State register of mortgages as to the single computer database about burdening and change of conditions of burdening of real estate mortgage, departure of the rights according to the mortgage agreement, transfer, cancellation, issue of the duplicate or new mortgage.

3. To the State Tax Service to analyze the tax pledges registered in the State register of burdenings of personal estate and to provide representation for state registration of tax pledges which subject is real estate, according to the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of the corporeal rights to real estate and their burdenings".

4. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

5. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2013.
