1. Bring in the Procedure for obtaining by insured persons and members of their families of sanatorium treatment which is paid by fund of social insurance for temporary disability, approved by the resolution of board of Social Insurance Fund on temporary disability of 25.02.2009 No. 12, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 14.04.2009 for No. 339/16355, such changes:

1.1. In the Section IV:

state Item 4.5 in such editorial office "The Commission (Representative) for Social Insurance Makes the Decision on Allocation to Insured Person of the Permit to the Double Room with Partial Payment in the amount of 20 Percent of Its Cost, and the Permit to the Single Room — with Partial Payment in the amount of 50 Percent of Its Cost.";
