About improvement of ecological condition of water storage basins and other water objects of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and State agency of water resources concerning allocation to the specified Ministry (for the State agency of water resources) means in the amount of 43 million hryvnias for payment of the cost of electricity necessary for filling with water of water storage basins and other water objects of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, through superplanned receipts of means in the State fund of protection of the surrounding environment.

2. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 17, 1996 No. 1147 "About approval of the list of types of activity which belong to nature protection actions" (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 18, to Art. 505; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 47, Art. 2083; 2003, No. 40, Art. 2095; 2004, No. 21, Art. 1448, No. 49, Art. 3206, No. 51, Art. 3347; 2009, No. 48, Art. 1620, No. 72, Art. 2486, No. 82, Art. 2780; 2010, No. 70, Art. 2511; 2011, No. 74, Art. 2770, No. 101, Art. 3715; 2012, No. 43, 1670) and of February 23, 2011 No. 137 "About approval of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for protection against harmful effect of waters of rural settlements and agricultural holdings, complex antiflood protection in the basin of the river.
