About modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the Charter of rail transport public approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 2, 1999 No. 1196 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 1999, No. 67, 5/1506; 2007, No. 235, 5/25818; 2011, No. 103, 5/34412):

in Item 3 part one:
